This study aims to describe the management of the “Pagi Ceria” (Cheerful Morning) program in developing independence character among early childhood students at TK Negeri Purwokerto Barat. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The research subjects included the principal, classroom teachers, and group B students. The results showed that the “Pagi Ceria” program was implemented through integrated stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning was carried out collaboratively between the principal and teachers by designing activities that foster children's independence. The program was implemented every morning with activities such as organizing personal belongings, handwashing, morning exercise, and simple self-expression. Evaluation was conducted through daily development journals and routine supervision. The program proved effective in building independence character in early childhood, supported by active involvement from teachers, the principal, and parents. These findings contribute to character education practices based on positive habits in early childhood education institutions.
