This study aims to describe the use of QR-Code media as a digital medium for creative poetry writing skills and describe creative poetry writing skills after using QR-Code media as a digital literacy tool for fifth-grade elementary school students. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students at SDN 1 Made, Surabaya. The techniques in analyzing data through the stages of data reduction, data presentation in the form of descriptions, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the use of QR-Code succeeded in creating a more interactive and contextual learning process in the good category, as well as providing a meaningful learning experience. By scanning the QR-Code, students can easily access various learning resources such as poetry examples, writing guides, and inspirational videos, thereby increasing student independence and active participation in the learning process. In addition, by utilizing QR-Code as a digital medium, it has been proven that creative poetry writing skills in terms of word choice, imagery, structure, rhyme, and creativity are in the good category. Students demonstrate creative poetry writing skills in choosing more expressive words, creating strong imaginative images, and producing poems with diverse and deep themes and meanings. Teachers also find it easier to convey material and provide feedback to students thanks to the flexibility offered by this digital QR-Code medium. It is hoped that using QR-Code media will play a role in developing a generation of learners who are literate, creative, and adaptable to technological developments in the digital era.
