This study aims to analyze the implementation of coaching and mentoring in developing teacher professionalism at TK Islam Al Fattah Sumampir, Purwokerto Utara, Banyumas. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that coaching and mentoring are implemented regularly and systematically, providing a positive impact on teacher professionalism. Coaching helps teachers enhance pedagogical competence, classroom management, and the use of creative learning media, while mentoring provides long-term guidance that promotes motivation, self-confidence, and the ability to design innovative learning activities. Teachers also become more creative, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents. Overall, coaching and mentoring are proven effective in improving teacher professionalism comprehensively, ultimately positively impacting the quality of early childhood education at TK Islam Al Fattah Sumampir.
