This study aims to describe the difficulties of integrated thematic learning and describe the factors causing the difficulties of thematic learning in fourth-grade students of MIS Ujung Batu. This type of research is Qualitative research. The sources and data in this study were fourth-grade students at MIS Ujung Batu. The results of the study indicate that the difficulties of thematic learning in fourth-grade students are four, namely, 1) Shyness to ask questions, 2) Students feel bored, 3) Lack of student interest, 4) Students feel confused and students do not receive the lesson optimally. And the causal factors that we can take from this study are 1) Student thinking or cognitive power, 2) Time conditions, 3) Lack of interest and talent, 4) and the last is the factor of a lot of material and mixed. In conclusion, there are still difficulties experienced by students related to thematic learning, this is caused by many influencing factors.
