This study conducted a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the use of technology in education and examine digital literacy and reading comprehension skills. The study focused on analyzing published scholarly articles in the field of education, specifically those discussing the integration of technology into the teaching and learning process. Using bibliometric techniques, the study identified key trends, influential authors, popular research topics, and the overall impact of technology in educational settings. These findings provide extensive insight into the current state of research in this field and highlight potential opportunities for future investigation. The researchers analyzed 1,777 original articles from 2017 to 2023. The study used the R-Studio application to analyze article data related to the searched keywords. Based on the findings, results, and discussion, it was concluded that the highest number of scholarly publications in Scopus journals from 2017 to 2023 was in 2022, indicating a significant increase in publications discussing digital literacy in line with the rapid development of educational technology. Furthermore, the relationship between digital technology use and improving students' reading comprehension skills was a dominant focus in most articles.
