Abstract

The learning process of Pancasila Education in elementary schools requires instructional media that can facilitate student participation and contextual understanding of civic values. Conventional learning media often limit student involvement, particularly in value-oriented subjects. This article presents the development of a Roblox game-based learning medium designed to support Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools. The media is organized as an interactive virtual environment that combines visual elements and game-based activities to encourage student engagement. Media feasibility was examined through expert appraisal and user feedback to identify its appropriateness for classroom use. The findings indicate that the developed media demonstrates adequate feasibility and receives positive responses from teachers and students. These results suggest that game-based learning media can support Pancasila Education learning by providing a more engaging and student-centered learning experience.
