Ethical leadership is a crucial aspect in the management of educational institutions, as the principal's role extends beyond mere administration and serves as a moral role model for the entire school community. This study aims to measure the implementation of ethical leadership in schools based on teachers' perceptions and analyze its impact on teachers' trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. This study uses a mixed-method approach with an explanatory design. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire adapted from the Ethical Leadership Scale (Brown, TreviƱo, & Harrison, 2005), with all teachers as the study population. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, correlation, multiple regression, and mediation tests. The results are expected to provide an empirical picture of the extent to which ethical leadership is implemented by principals, as well as its implications for improving teacher performance and strengthening the school's ethical culture.
