<![CDATA[Civic Education (PPKn) learning in elementary schools requires effective assessment follow-up to ensure the achievement of students’ knowledge, values, and civic character competencies. However, assessment follow-up practices in elementary schools are still often suboptimal, particularly in integrating remedial programs, enrichment activities, and feedback mechanisms. This study aims to examine the implementation of assessment follow-up in PPKn learning through a qualitative literature review. The review analyzes 31 national and international articles published between 2016 and 2025, obtained from scientific journals, academic books, and educational policy documents sourced through Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, Scopus, and Science Direct. Data were analyzed descriptively using the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings show that systematic and integrated assessment follow-up improves the effectiveness of PPKn learning. Remedial programs help students achieve mastery, enrichment activities develop the potential and creativity of high-achieving students, and constructive feedback strengthens reflection, motivation, and the overall learning process.This study emphasizes that well-planned and continuous assessment follow-up is essential for ensuring the attainment of competencies as well as fostering civic character in elementary school students.]]>
