<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Improper management of solid medical waste from hospitals can cause environmental pollution and health risks. This study aims to analyze the solid medical waste management system at 'Aisyiyah Hospital, Pariaman City based on input, process, and output components according to Minister of Health Regulation No. 7 of 2019. The method used is descriptive qualitative with source triangulation techniques. Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. Triangulation techniques were used for data validation, with eight informants. Results: The results of the study indicate that solid medical waste management has been carried out starting from sorting, containerization, transportation, storage, to destruction through a third party. Infrastructure, use of PPE, and separation of medical and non-medical waste have met standards. However, deficiencies were still found in policy documentation and officer training. Conclusion: Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital has implemented solid medical waste management in accordance with regulations, but requires strengthening of administrative aspects and improving human resource competency.]]>
