Abstrak Disiplin kerja merupakan faktor kunci dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja serta pencapaian target organisasi. Namun, permasalahan kedisiplinan masih ditemukan pada perusahaan holding di sektor jasa dan distribusi otomotif, yang berdampak pada kinerja penjualan serta koordinasi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan berdasarkan indikator absensi, ketaatan terhadap peraturan, dan ketaatan terhadap standar kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi terhadap perilaku disiplin kerja karyawan, wawancara informal dengan manajemen dan karyawan, dokumentasi data absensi dan penjualan tahun 2024, serta studi pustaka untuk memperkuat landasan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian penjualan rata-rata hanya mencapai 60% dari target sebesar 300 unit per bulan, sementara tingkat absensi tercatat sebesar 6%, yang melebihi standar nasional sebesar 5,2%. Bentuk pelanggaran disiplin yang dominan meliputi keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran tanpa alasan jelas, kurangnya konsistensi dalam penggunaan sistem absensi serta kurangnya keterampilan karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Secara keseluruhan, disiplin kerja karyawan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap rendahnya kinerja penjualan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan pengawasan, penerapan sistem reward dan punishment secara konsisten, penggunaan sistem absensi yang konsisten, serta pelatihan untuk penguatan disiplin kerja karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja Karyawan, Absensi, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract Work discipline is a key factor in Human Resource Management (HRM) that plays an important role in enhancing work effectiveness and achieving organizational targets. However, disciplinary issues are still found in holding companies in the automotive services and distribution sector, affecting sales performance and operational coordination. This study aims to analyze employee work discipline based on indicators such as attendance, compliance with regulations, and adherence to work standards. The research methods employed include observation of employee disciplinary behavior, informal interviews with management and employees, documentation of attendance and sales data for 2024, and a literature review to strengthen the theoretical foundation. The results indicate that average sales achievement reached only 60% of the target of 300 units per month, while the absenteeism rate was 6%, exceeding the national standard of 5.2%. The most common disciplinary violations include tardiness, unexcused absences, inconsistent use of the attendance system, and insufficient employee skills in performing their tasks. Overall, employee work discipline significantly contributes to low sales performance. These findings emphasize the importance of enhanced supervision, consistent implementation of reward and punishment systems, consistent use of the attendance system, and training programs to strengthen employee work discipline, thereby improving organizational performance.
