This article details the implementation of the National Webinar titled "Strengthening the Professional Competence of Christian Educators and Human Capital Management Strategies for Christian Education Transformation in the Era of Disruption" conducted by STT Ekumene Jakarta. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, the study examines Christian human capital management practices aimed at enhancing educators' professional skills, spirituality, and digital literacy. Findings indicate that the webinar boosted educators' capabilities, fostered learning community networks, and encouraged the integration of technology for sustainable development. This activity serves as a strategic model for the comprehensive, contextual, and educationally transformative management of Christian human resources amid the disruptions of the modern era.
