<![CDATA[This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for equipment and event decoration rental services at Persadadita Decoration, a community-based business managed by local youth. Prior to the development of the system, the business operated manually, with inefficient data recording, service delays, and difficulties in managing customer and transaction information. To address these issues, the system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The Laravel framework was used as the foundation for system development, with MySQL serving as the database management system for storing and organizing data. The system was evaluated using two methods, including Black Box Testing to verify functional completeness and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess user satisfaction. The test results showed that all system features worked as intended, and the SUS evaluation involving 30 respondents yielded an average score of 82.5, which falls into the “Excellent” category. The system includes key features such as role-based login, decoration package management, booking approval, and integrated contact functionality.
