<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi aljabar kelas VII MTs Laboratorium UINSU. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Laboratorium UIN Sumatera Utara yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar matematika berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 butir soal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai Post-test siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai > pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in algebra for grade VII of MTs Laboratorium UINSU. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were all grade VII students of MTs Laboratorium UIN Sumatera Utara, consisting of two classes. The research sample consisted of 80 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument was a multiple-choice mathematics learning achievement test with 20 questions. Data analysis techniques used normality and homogeneity tests, followed by hypothesis testing using a t-test. The results showed that the average Post-test score of students in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table at a significance level of 0.05. Thus, H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, which means there is an effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes.]]>
