Abstract

Education of children and the education of children with special needs is a form of education thatfocuses formation and physical development (motor coordination) intellect (the intellect,creativity) emotional intelligence (attitude and behavior) in accordance with the language andcommunication development of children ages. With current technological advances have enabledlearning methods for young children and children with special needs to be developed and a widerange of one method development using multimedia technology. Multimedia learning is thecreation of an environment that allows the learning process in a way to channel the message ofknowledge, skills and attitudes that can stimulate the thoughts, feelings, concerns therebydeliberately creating a learning process for children. Created multi-media tailored to the theme oflearning for young children and children with special needs will be able to make it easy for bothteachers and learners to interact with each other so that the ultimate goal of learning can beachieved with the optimal.Keywords: Early childhood, children with special needs, multimedia
