In addition to knowing how much these factors affect the use of the Ms.Visual Foxpro program. The model used to describe the relationship factors that influence the use of Ms.Visual Foxpro is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) on the software ANALISYS of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 16.0. Variables used in this study consisted of two variables: exogenous and endogenous. The exogenous variables include the Perceived Number of Users (NoU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU).The endogenous variable include the Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Usage Behavior (UB).
