<![CDATA[Adolescent reproductive health issues are an essential issue that needs special attention, especially in terms of increasing knowledge as an effort to prevent the risk of risky behaviors. This community service program aims to determine the effectiveness of the reproductive health education program in increasing the level of knowledge of adolescent members of the Youth Red Cross (YRC) at SMAN 16 Padang. Community service activities are carried out by providing reproductive health education to Youth Red Cross (YRC) teenage members, totaling 44 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge before and after the implementation of the educational program. Data were analyzed using a statistical paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in adolescents' knowledge levels after participating in the education program (p < 0.05). Thus, the reproductive health education program has proven effective in increasing the knowledge of YRC adolescents at SMAN 16 Padang. It is hoped that similar programs can be implemented sustainably as part of school health promotion efforts.]]>
