The success and failure of a government agency is influenced by its leader. Effective leadership has a positive impact on the agency, making leadership style one of the determining factors in the success of a government agency. Leadership style is the way a leader influences the behavior of others. A leader is expected to have perseverance, which greatly influences their work. In leadership, discipline and rules must be implemented so that every employee or worker can be responsible for their respective jobs. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature and uses interview techniques.
