This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) actors in Bengkalis Regency in utilizing digital technology for business development through the Non-Physical Micro and Small Enterprise and Cooperative Capacity Building Program (PK2UMK) in 2024. The activity was implemented using a participatory and applicative approach over three days, from 25 to 27 June 2024. The methods employed included interactive lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and mentoring related to business digitalization, digital marketing, the use of social media and marketplaces, and digital financial management. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding, skills, and attitudes toward the use of digital technology. MSE actors were able to create and manage business social media accounts, develop simple promotional content, understand digital marketing strategies, and begin implementing digital-based financial recordkeeping. Furthermore, the activity encouraged a shift in mindset from conventional business practices toward a more adaptive approach to technological advancements. Therefore, the business digitalization training through the Non-Physical PK2UMK Program in 2024 made a positive contribution to enhancing the competitiveness and independence of MSE actors in Bengkalis Regency.
