Abstrak: Menurunnya life skill seperti interaksi sosial langsung, empati, serta kecakapan hidup dasar seperti komunikasi dan kerja sama pada Generasi Alpha menjadi dasar dibentuknya komunitas rebana Arisma Al-Mubarok Kota Semarang. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengembangan life skill generasi apha melalui pelatihan seni rebana. Metode pelatihan menggunakan metode kombinasi mencakup pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, validasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Analisis perkembangan life skill menggunakan teori WHO tahun 1997, dan implementasi proses pelatihan menggunakan teori siklus belajar Kolb. Mitra pendukung kegiatan adalah pelatih, stakeholder masyarakat, orang tua peserta, dan sasaran peserta pelatihan Generasi Alpha berjumlah 19 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test terhadap indikator life skill. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan life skill dari sebelum pelatihan 44,11% dan setelah pelatihan 72,42%.Abstract: The decline in life skills such as direct social interaction, empathy, and basic life skills such as communication and cooperation in the alpha generation became the basis for the formation of the Arisma Al-Mubarok rebana community in Semarang City. The purpose of this activity is to develop the life skills of the alpha generation through rebana art training. The training method uses a combination method includes pre-activity, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. With a case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, validation through source triangulation. Analysis of life skill development uses the 1997 WHO theory, and the implementation of the training process uses Kolb's learning cycle theory. Supporting partners for the activity are trainers, community stakeholders, parents of participants, and the target participants of the alpha generation training totaling 19 people. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests on life skill indicators. The results obtained showed an increase in life skills from before the training of 44.11% and after the training of 72.42%.
