Abstract

Abstrak: Program Inovasi Olahan Sagu Matobe bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan Kelompok PKK dalam pengolahan sagu melalui pelatihan, sosialisasi, edukasi, dan praktik langsung berbasis The House Model dan metode PRA. Mitra berjumlah 15 orang ibu rumah tangga di Desa Matobe, Kepulauan Mentawai. Kegiatan mencakup pengolahan makanan dari sagu, pengemasan, pemasaran, serta pemanfaatan limbah menjadi briket dan pupuk. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan indikator AKIS (EIP-AGRI). Hasilnya, keterampilan produksi dan pemasaran meningkat 75%, pengolahan sagu 100%, pemahaman ekonomi sirkular 200%, partisipasi kelembagaan 85,7%, dan minat wirausaha 83,3%. Program juga menghasilkan legalitas usaha (NIB, PIRT, sertifikasi halal) dan diakui sebagai pilot project agribisnis desa percontohan. Program ini efektif memberdayakan mitra, memperkuat ketahanan pangan, serta mengembangkan ekonomi lokal berbasis potensi desa.Abstract: The Sago Product Innovation Program in Matobe aims to enhance the skills of the PKK women’s group through training, socialization, education, and hands-on practice based on The House Model and the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The program involved 15 housewives in Matobe Village, Mentawai Islands. Activities included food processing from sago, product packaging, marketing strategies, and utilizing sago waste into briquettes and organic fertilizer. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests based on AKIS indicators (EIP-AGRI). Results showed improvements in production and marketing skills by 75%, sago processing skills by 100%, circular economy understanding by 200%, organizational participation by 85.7%, and entrepreneurial interest by 83.3%. The program also facilitated business legality (NIB, PIRT, halal certification) and was recognized as a pilot agribusiness and model village project. This program proved effective in empowering the community, strengthening food security, and developing a local economy based on village potential.
