Abstrak: Mitra Katering Indah Akbar Hafis mengalami kendala produksi dan manajemen energi akibat tingginya ketergantungan pada listrik PLN untuk mengoperasikan peralatan dapur seperti oven, lemari pendingin, dan pemanas. Pemadaman listrik yang sering terjadi menghambat proses produksi, menurunkan mutu layanan, serta berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian. Selain itu, ketiadaan sistem manajemen energi menyebabkan pemborosan daya dan biaya operasional tinggi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan menerapkan Solar Home System (SHS) Off-Grid sebagai solusi efisiensi energi sekaligus upaya mendorong pemanfaatan energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, instalasi SHS, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan melibatkan 30 peserta dari mitra dengan evaluasi berupa angket post-test yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan. Hasil menunjukkan keberhasilan program, ditandai dengan 85% peserta menyatakan setuju dan 15% cukup setuju terhadap manfaat kegiatan. Hal ini membuktikan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai renewable energy sekaligus menunjukkan potensi penghematan energi melalui penerapan SHS Off-Grid untuk mendukung efisiensi dan pemberdayaan industri rumahan.Abstract: The partner, Katering Indah Akbar Hafis, faces production and energy management challenges due to its high dependence on PLN electricity to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, and heaters. Frequent power outages disrupt the production process, reduce service quality, and potentially cause financial losses. In addition, the absence of an effective energy management system leads to power waste and high operational costs. This community service program aims to implement an Off-Grid Solar Home System (SHS) as an energy efficiency solution while promoting the use of environmentally friendly renewable energy. The implementation stages include preparation, socialization, training, SHS installation, as well as mentoring and evaluation. The activity involved 30 participants from the partner, with evaluation conducted using a post-test questionnaire consisting of 10 questions. The results indicate the program’s success, with 85% of participants strongly agreeing and 15% agreeing with its benefits. This demonstrates an improvement in participants’ understanding of renewable energy and highlights the potential for energy savings through SHS Off-Grid implementation to support efficiency and empower home-based industries.
