Abstract

This study aims to develop an Islamic-based E-Module for Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) on the subject of Norms in Life to instill character in third-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 31 Medan. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The research subjects consisted of subject matter experts, media experts, language experts, teachers, and third-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 31 Medan. The research instruments included a validation sheet and a practicality questionnaire. The results showed that the developed e-module obtained a validation score of 97% from subject matter experts, 95% from media experts, and 93% from language experts, with the criteria of very feasible. The practicality test results showed a score of 97% from teachers and 94% from students, categorized as very practical. This e-module proved to be effective in improving students' understanding of life norms and instilling Islamic character traits such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and politeness. Thus, this Islamic-based PPKN e-module is suitable for use as an alternative digital teaching material to support character learning in elementary schools.
