Abstract

Cash Waqf is a new thing in raising public funds. Endowments cashcan be used as a means for empowering small businesses, by way oflending and small business financing, venture capital and businessdevelopment. In practice, needed assistance in terms of managerial andmarketing to maintain product quality and marketing of small businesses.
