Abstract

High prevalence of neuropathy complications in type II diabetes mellitus patients, which can significantly reduce their quality of life. The method used is a case study with data collection through interviews, observations, and medical record assessments. The results indicate that consistent diabetic foot exercises performed over six weeks help improve blood circulation, reduce neuropathic pain, and enhance patient mobility. In conclusion, diabetic foot gymnastics is proven to be an effective non-pharmacological intervention in the care of diabetes patients. The study suggests continuous education and the active role of nurses in integrating foot exercises into routine patient care
