Analisis Kemudahan, Kenyamanan, dan Pengaruh Sosial terhadap Minat Penggunaan Mobile Banking Muamalat DIN

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, convenience, and social influence on students' interest in the Sharia Banking Study Program at IAIN Kudus, class of 2020–2023, using Muamalat DIN mobile banking. The research framework adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which emphasizes two key aspects: perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as factors influencing technology acceptance. The study employed a quantitative approach with field research as the methodology. Data were collected from 106 respondents selected through the purposive sampling method, using questionnaires as the primary instrument, distributed both offline and online via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assistance of Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 3). The analysis included the Outer Model for validity tests (Convergent and Discriminant Validity) and reliability tests (Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability) and the Inner Model for R Square, Q Square, Path Coefficient, T-Statistics, and P-values. The results indicate that the variables of ease of use, convenience, and social influence have a positive interest in using the Muamalat DIN mobile banking service.Keywords: Ease of Use; Convenience; Social Influence; Interest in Use; Mobile Banking; Muamalat DIN AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, kenyamanan, dan pengaruh sosial terhadap minat mahasiswa Program Studi Perbankan Syariah IAIN Kudus angkatan 2020–2023 dalam menggunakan mobile banking Muamalat DIN. Kerangka penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yang menekankan dua aspek utama: kemudahan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis field research. Data diperoleh dari 106 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama, baik secara offline maupun online melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 3). Pengujian mencakup Outer Model untuk validitas (Convergent dan Discriminant) dan reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability) serta Inner Model untuk R Square, Q Square, Path Coefficient, T-Statistics, dan P-Values. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan, kenyamanan, dan pengaruh sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking Muamalat DIN.Kata Kunci: Kemudahan; Kenyamanan; Pengaruh sosial; Minat Menggunakan; Mobile Banking; Muamalat DIN.
