Abstrak: Tahun 2016 Produksi sumber daya perikanan tangkap di Kabupaten Fakfak sebesar 17.806 ton, Kelompok nelayan Tubudin masih mengandalkan aliran Listrik dari PT. PLN dan Ketika pemadaman terjadi masih membeli solar menghidupkan genset untuk mesin es balok, Ketersediaan es balok menjadi sarana penting bagi nelayan untuk mempertahankan kualitas hasil tangkapan. Tujuan pengabdian melakukan pemasangan PLTS dengan mengetahui kapasitas besaran daya terpasang untuk memenuhi pengoperasian mesin es balok nelayan agar meningkatan ekonomi nelayan dan penghematan biaya operasional serta memperlambat pembusukan dan menjaga kesegaran ikan. Metode pendekatan yang digunaka survey melihat salah satu kondisi rumah warga yang akan dipasangi panel surya, melakukan pemasangan rangkaian panel berupa modul surya berkapasitas 550 Wp sebanyak 9 unit jenis modul monokristalin, jenis Inverter hybrid melalui MCB 50A, dan baterai kapasitas 48v 100ah dengan 6 unit serta kabel untuk penyambungan, evaluasi digunakan berupa kusioner dengan mengajukan 6 pertanyaan (kepuasaan mitra) yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun jumlah kelompok nelayan Tubudin menjadi sasaran kegiatan yaitu 1 rumah dengan 1 mitra dengan jumlah nelayan 15 orang sebagai sasaran penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terpasangnya PLTS off-grid untuk pengoperasian mesin produksi es balok nelayan Tubudin, hasil penilaian kepuasan nelayan tubudin tehadap pengabdian pemasangan PLTS untuk mesin es balok diperoleh 98% dengan kriteria sangat memuaskan dan sistem PLTS menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 19.800 Wh per hari.Abstract: In 2016, the production of fishery resources in Fakfak Regency was 17,806 tons. The Tubudin fishermen group still relied on electricity from PT. PLN and when a blackout occurred, they still bought diesel to power the generator for the ice block machine. The availability of ice blocks became an important means for fishermen to maintain the quality of their catch. The purpose of the community service was to install PLTS by knowing the capacity of the installed power to meet the operation of the fishermen's ice block machine in order to improve the fishermen's economy and save operational costs and slow down spoilage and maintain the freshness of the fish. The approach method used was a survey to see one of the conditions of a resident's house that would be installed with solar panels, installing a series of panels in the form of 9 units of 550 Wp solar modules, a type of monocrystalline module, a hybrid inverter type via a 50A MCB, and a 48v 100ah capacity battery with 6 units and cables for connection, the evaluation used was a questionnaire by asking 6 questions (partner satisfaction) which was a quantitative method. The number of Tubudin fishermen groups targeted by the activity is 1 house with 1 partner with a total of 15 fishermen as the target of the extension. The result of the activity is the installation of an off-grid PLTS for the operation of the Tubudin fishermen's ice block production machine, the results of the Tubudin fishermen's satisfaction assessment of the dedication of the PLTS installation for the ice block machine obtained 98% with very satisfactory criteria and the PLTS system produces 19,800 Wh of electrical energy per day.
