Abstrak: Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan serius di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi nasional 19,8% pada 2024. Rendahnya literasi gizi, tingginya angka anemia, serta minimnya pemahaman kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja berpotensi memperkuat siklus stunting antar-generasi. Program BARENG REMAJA bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai gizi seimbang dan kesehatan reproduksi melalui media Booklet Augmented Reality (AR). Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), simulasi peer educator, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test post-test pada siswa SMA Negeri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah intervensi edukasi. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 13,1 pada pre-test menjadi 14,0 pada post-test, atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 6,87%. Selain itu, proporsi peserta dengan penguasaan materi baik (≥75%) meningkat dari 53,84% menjadi 61,53%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis Booklet Augmented Reality mampu meningkatkan pemahaman gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi remaja secara terukur. Selain meningkatkan pengetahuan, kegiatan ini menghasilkan kader sebaya sebagai agen edukasi berkelanjutan di sekolah. Media AR terbukti meningkatkan minat belajar dan memudahkan pemahaman materi. Kegiatan ini berpotensi menjadi strategi efektif pencegahan stunting berbasis teknologi pada remaja.Abstract: Stunting remains a serious health problem in Indonesia, with a national prevalence of 19.8% in 2024. Low nutritional literacy, high rates of anemia, and limited understanding of reproductive health among adolescents have the potential to reinforce the cycle of stunting between generations. The BARENG REMAJA program aims to increase knowledge about balanced nutrition and reproductive health through Augmented Reality (AR) booklets. The activity methods include counseling, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), peer educator simulations, and evaluation through pre-test post-test on public high school students. The results showed an increase in participant understanding after the educational intervention. The average knowledge score increased from 13.1 in the pre-test to 14.0 in the post-test, or an increase of 6.87%. In addition, the proportion of participants with good mastery of the material (≥75%) increased from 53.84% to 61.53%. These findings indicate that Augmented Reality Booklet-based education can measurably improve adolescent understanding of nutrition and reproductive health. In addition to increasing knowledge, this activity produces peer cadres as agents of ongoing education in schools. AR media has been proven to increase learning interest and facilitate understanding of the material. This activity has the potential to be an effective technology-based strategy for preventing stunting in adolescents.
