<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of the Make a Match learning model in improving students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research employed a quantitative approach using Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 20 students of class VIII.3 at SMP Negeri 3 Duampanua. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results indicated that the implementation of the Make a Match model significantly improved student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, the students’ average score was 70 (poor) with a mastery percentage of 35%. This increased to 77 (fair) with a 55% mastery percentage in the first cycle, and 85 (good) with an 80% mastery rate in the second cycle. This improvement demonstrates that the implementation of Make a Match learning model is effective in creating an active, enjoyable, and collaborative learning atmosphere, which positively impacts students' understanding of PAI material.
