Abstracts:This study examines the paradox of the low adoption of digital zakat services such as QRIS and e-banking in Pulang Pisau Regency, despite the availability of technological infrastructure. Although FinTech innovations are designed to enhance the efficiency and transparency of zakat management, the mere presence of technology does not automatically encourage its use. Using a descriptive qualitative method through interviews with Amil and Muzakki from BAZNAS and LAZISMU Pulang Pisau, this research identifies two main categories of obstacles. First, micro-level barriers (TAM) include technical issues such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and the level of digital literacy among Muzakki. Second, structural and cultural barriers (Prismatic Theory) involve overlapping values between traditional and modern practices, rigid policy formalism, and strong societal preferences for direct face-to-face interaction in conventional zakat payments. The findings show that resistance to zakat digitalization is not solely due to technological limitations but is also significantly influenced by the sociocultural and spiritual values embedded in conventional zakat practices. Many Muzakki feel that receiving direct prayers from Amil and gaining a sense of reassurance through physical interaction are important aspects missing in digital transactions. In addition, infrastructural issues such as power outages and limited network access further worsen the situation and reinforce resistance. This study concludes that efforts to accelerate the digital transformation of zakat must be holistic. Strategies should not only enhance digital literacy and improve technological usability but also be sensitive to the sociocultural values of a prismatic society to ensure wider acceptance of innovation.Keywords: Digital Zakat, TAM, Prismatic Society Theory, Technology Adoption, Value Overlap, FinTech. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas paradoks rendahnya adopsi Zakat digital seperti menggunakan QRIS dan e-banking di Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, meskipun infrastruktur teknologinya sudah tersedia. Inovasi FinTech bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi zakat, namun ketersediaan teknologi tidak serta-merta mendorong penggunaannya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dengan Amil dan Muzakki BAZNAS serta LAZISMU Pulang Pisau, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dua jenis hambatan utama. Pertama, hambatan mikro (TAM) mencakup isu teknis seperti kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), kegunaan yang dipersepsikan (perceived usefulness), dan tingkat literasi digital Muzakki. Kedua hambatan struktural dan kultural (Prismatik) meliputi tumpang tindih nilai antara praktik tradisional dan modern, formalisme kebijakan yang kaku dan preferensi masyarakat yang kuat terhadap interaksi tatap muka langsung (konvensional) dalam pembayaran zakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa resistensi terhadap digitalisasi zakat tidak hanya karena masalah teknologi, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai sosial spiritual yang melekat pada zakat konvensional. Muzakki merasa kebutuhan akan doa langsung dari Amil dan mendapatkan rasa tenang melalui tatap muka merupakan aspek penting yang hilang dalam transaksi digital. Selain itu, kendala infrastruktur seperti pemadaman listrik dan terbatasnya jaringan turut memperburuk situasi dan memperkuat resistensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya percepatan transformasi zakat digital harus bersifat holistik. Strategi yang dibutuhkan tidak hanya mencakup peningkatan literasi digital dan perbaikan kemudahan teknologi, tetapi juga harus sensitif terhadap nilai-nilai sosial dan budaya masyarakat prismatik agar inovasi dapat diterima.Kata Kunci: Zakat Digital, TAM, Teori Masyarakat Prismatik, Adopsi Teknologi, Tumpang Tindih, FinTech.
