<![CDATA[The study of maqashidi-style tafsir is critical to do in-depth, because the Qur'an not only contains laws, but also divine messages. Ignoring the maqashid will deprive us of a deeper understanding of its contents. In this regard, Surah Al-Anbiya' plays an important role by emphasizing the universal mission of the Prophet Muhammad as a mercy for all of nature, as stated in Qs. Al-Anbiya': 107. This study uses a type of qualitative research because the description of the exposure in this study is descriptive without any analysis of the results in the form of numbers. The data collection technique used is the library research method by collecting data in the form of books and articles relevant to this research. The results show that the purpose or main maqashid of Surah Al-Anbiya' is to emphasize monotheism, contemplate the signs of Allah's greatness, and do good deeds as preparation for the hereafter. As for the maqashid of the group of verses, namely to remind us of the imminent doomsday, confirm the logic of the oneness of Allah, and refute the existence of other gods, with the stories of the Prophet before the Prophet Muhammad in the verse also provides ibrah for the people after him, as well as affirmation that Islam is a mercy for all nature which is the basis for building Islamic civilization. Kajian tafsir bercorak maqashidi sangat penting untuk dilakukan secara mendalam, karena Al-Qur'an tidak hanya berisi hukum, tetapi juga pesan-pesan Ilahi. Mengabaikan maqashid akan menghilangkan pemahaman mendalam terhadap isinya. Dalam hal ini, Surat Al-Anbiya’ memainkan peran penting dengan menegaskan misi universal Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh alam, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Qs. Al-Anbiya’: 107. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, karena uraian pemaparan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deksriptif tanpa adanya analisis hasil berbentuk angka-angka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui metode library research (studi kepustakaan) dengan menghimpun data-data berbentuk buku dan artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Surat Al-Anbiya’ tujuan atau maqashid utamanya adalah menegaskan tauhid, merenungi tanda-tanda kebesaran Allah, dan beramal saleh sebagai persiapan menuju akhirat. Adapun mengenai maqashid kelompok ayat yakni untuk mengingatkan dekatnya kiamat, menegaskan logika keesaan Allah, membantah keberadaan tuhan-tuhan lain, dengan adanya kisah-kisah Nabi sebelum Nabi Muhammad dalam ayat tersebut juga memberikan ibrah bagi kaum setelahnya, serta penegasan bahwa Islam sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh alam yang menjadi pijakan untuk membangun peradaban Islam.]]>
