This research aims to develop an automatic attendance and scheduling system based on Radio Frequency Identification and artificial intelligence in secondary schools. The problem faced is that the teacher and student attendance process is still done manually, requires a long time to recapitulate, and errors often occur in calculating attendance hours. Apart from that, the preparation of learning schedules is still manual and often experiences clashes between subjects. This research uses a research and development approach with a system development life cycle model. Stages include literature study, requirements analysis, system design, prototype development, and functional testing. The research results show that the system developed is able to record attendance automatically, speed up the recapitulation process, and produce scheduling without conflicts with a balanced teaching load distribution. This system contributes to increasing the efficiency of school management and is the basis for development towards the smart school concept.Keywords: Internet of Things; SmartSchool; Artificial Intelligence; RFID; Secondary school AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem presensi dan penjadwalan otomatis berbasis Radio Frequency Identification serta kecerdasan buatan pada sekolah menengah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah proses presensi guru dan siswa yang masih dilakukan secara manual, memerlukan waktu lama dalam rekapitulasi, serta sering terjadi kekeliruan dalam perhitungan jam kehadiran. Selain itu, penyusunan jadwal pembelajaran masih manual dan sering mengalami bentrok antar mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model siklus hidup pengembangan sistem. Tahapan meliputi studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan prototipe, dan pengujian fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mencatat presensi secara otomatis, mempercepat proses rekapitulasi, serta menghasilkan penjadwalan tanpa bentrok dengan distribusi beban mengajar yang seimbang. Sistem ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efisiensi manajemen sekolah dan menjadi dasar pengembangan menuju konsep sekolah cerdas.
