Pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek terjadi perubahan paradigma terdahulu di mana berorientasi pada obatnya menjadi berfokus pada pasien guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan keselamatan pasien. Pelayanan kefarmasian akan dianggap baik apabila pasien menerima pelayanan sesuai harapan mereka. Pasien yang menerima pelayanan tidak sesuai dengan harapan maka aka menilai buruk terhadap apa yang mereka terima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat keterkaitan kepuasan pasien dengan  kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek X Kota Madiun. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden.  Penelitian  ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif cross-sectional.  Cara pengambilan sampel dengan teknik  accidental sampling. Analisis data memakai  metode analisis bivariate yang diolah dengan spss metode  chi-square. Penelitian ini memberikan data   kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian dalam kategori cukup baik sebanyak 63,27%; sangat baik 36,73% dan tidak baik 0%. Kepuasan pasien mendapatkan hasil dalam kategori cukup puas 67,35%; sangat puas 32,65% dan tidak puas 0%. Terdapat hubungan pada kepuasan pasien dan  kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek X Kota Madiun  dengan nilai p –value 0,00 0,05.Pharmaceutical services in pharmacies have changed from the previous paradigm which was drug oriented to a new paradigm that focuses on patients(patient oriented) in order to improve the quality of life and patient safety. Service quality is considered good if the patient receives service in accordance with his expectations. Service quality is considered poor if the patient receives services that are not in accordance with their expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical services and patient satisfaction at Pharmacy X Madiun City. The sample in this were 98 respondents. This type of research was conducted using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach and sampling techniques using accidental sampling. The data analysis carried out is bivariate analysis which is processed with the spss application with the chi-square test. The results showed that the quality of pharmaceutical services in the category was quite good as much as 63.27%; very good 36.73% and not good 0%. Patient satisfaction obtained results in the moderately satisfied category 67.35%; very satisfied 32.65% and dissatisfied 0%. There is a relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical services and patient satisfaction at Pharmacy X Madiun City which is indicated by a p-value of 0.00 lt;0.05.
