<![CDATA[Abstract. The rapidly growing fashion industry has become one of the world's largest polluters. In Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City, 1,078 garment manufacturing units generate large amounts of fabric waste, much of which is not optimally managed and has the potential to pollute the environment. This study aims to identify the amount of waste generated by the garment manufacturing industry, assess waste management based on the zero-waste concept, and analyze the revenue generated from its implementation. The research method used was a mixed method with qualitative and quantitative approaches, through analysis of waste generation, application of the zero-waste concept, and revenue analysis. The results show that fabric waste can be recycled into economically valuable products, such as bed sheets and patchwork bedcovers. The application of the zero-waste concept has proven effective in reducing waste while generating additional income for industry players. Although awareness among industry players is still relatively low, zero-waste waste management has the potential to support the strengthening of a circular economy and sustainable development. Abstrak. Industri fashion yang berkembang pesat telah menjadi salah satu penyumbang pencemaran terbesar di dunia. Di Kecamatan Kawalu, Kota Tasikmalaya, aktivitas 1.078 unit industri konveksi menghasilkan limbah kain perca dalam jumlah besar yang sebagian besar belum dikelola secara optimal dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah limbah yang dihasilkan industri konveksi, mengkaji pengelolaan limbah berbasis konsep zero waste, serta menganalisis pendapatan yang diperoleh dari penerapannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, melalui analisis timbulan limbah, penerapan konsep zero waste, dan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah kain perca dapat diolah kembali menggunakan metode recycle menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi, seperti sprei dan bedcover patchwork. Penerapan konsep zero waste terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi limbah sekaligus menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan bagi pelaku industri. Meskipun tingkat kesadaran pelaku industri masih relatif rendah, pengelolaan limbah berbasis zero waste berpotensi mendukung penguatan ekonomi sirkular dan pembangunan berkelanjutan.]]>
