ABSTRAKPerilaku kerja inovatif menjadi faktor kunci bagi daya saing industri manufaktur karena inovasi organisasi pada praktiknya banyak muncul dari level karyawan melalui proses menghasilkan, mempromosikan, dan merealisasikan ide perbaikan kerja yang berdampak pada efisiensi proses, penurunan cacat, peningkatan kualitas, serta respons yang lebih cepat terhadap perubahan desain dan tuntutan pasar di era disrupsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership (TL) dan work engagement (WE) terhadap IWB, dengan knowledge sharing (KS) sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 160 karyawan dari tujuh perusahaan industri sepatu anggota Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO) yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership dan work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi knowledge sharing; serta knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior. Temuan ini merekomendasikan penguatan gaya kepemimpinan transformatif dan keterlibatan kerja berbasis sistem berbagi pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas inovasi organisasi.  ABSTRACTInnovative work behavior (IWB) is a key driver of competitiveness in manufacturing because organizational innovation often emerges from employees through generating, championing, and implementing improvement ideas that enhance process efficiency, reduce defects, improve quality, and accelerate responses to changes in design and market demands in the era of disruption. This study examines the effects of transformational leadership (TL) and work engagement (WE) on IWB, with knowledge sharing (KS) as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling of 160 employees from seven footwear manufacturing companies affiliated with the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) operating in Tangerang Regency. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that transformational leadership and work engagement positively influence innovative work behavior, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of knowledge sharing; moreover, knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. These results suggest strengthening transformational leadership and work engagement supported by a knowledge-sharing system to enhance organizational innovation capability
