Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi prestasi kerja karyawan melalui dampak penguatan motivasi dan komitmen organisasi pada PT. Cendekiawan Gemilang, Tbk Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 42 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan. Secara kolektif, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 62,5% terhadap prestasi kerja, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Abstract This study aims to analyze the optimization of employee work performance through the impact of strengthening motivation and organizational commitment at PT. Cendekiawan Gemilang, Tbk Makassar. The research methods employed are descriptive and quantitative analysis, involving a sample of 42 employees. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that both motivation (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) have a positive and significant impact on work performance (Y), both partially and simultaneously. The findings reveal that organizational commitment is the more dominant factor influencing employee work performance. Collectively, these two variables contribute 62.5% to work performance, while the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
