As for the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen, which is still not clean, it makes the guest's stay less comfortable.Based on the results of the researcher's interviews with informants as visitors to the Padang Macang homestay, the quality of the products provided is quite good, but products such as the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen are still not included in homestay standards. As for the results of the interview regarding road access, guests find it difficult to enter the area to the homestay if using four-wheeled vehicles, the service also needs to be improved, furthermore the parking space is inadequate when there are quite a lot of visitors. On the other hand, Padang Macang is also very close to the tourist attractions that visitors want to visit.
