The performance of an officer is a result of the work achieved by a person in carrying out tasks entrusted to him based on competence, real-time evaluation. The purpose of this research is to find out how information technology affects the performance of employees, to know the working environment for performance and to know information technology for the work environment. The sample of this research is a total of 42 members of the Trimurjo department office. Data collection using observations, interviews and questionnaires, data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity testing, T tests, and model structure tests using programs (SPSS). The results of this study show that the positive and significant impact of information technology and the working environment directly on the performance of employees and the impact of the information technology on the work environment have a direct and significant positive impact while the influence of information technologies on performance mediated by the workplace indirectly has a positive and important impact.
