Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of café atmosphere and food quality on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Gigi Susu, Canggu, Bali. The café atmosphere and food quality are considered important factors influencing customer satisfaction and their intention to make repeat purchases. This research employs a quantitative approach using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to domestic tourist customers who had made purchases at Gigi Susu and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The results indicate that both the café atmosphere and food quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study contributes to the development of marketing management theory and practice, particularly within the culinary industry.
