This research was motivated by the absence of an evaluation of the spinning top extracurricular program at SDN 10 Pangkalpinang. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the traditional spinning-top (gasing) extracurricular program at SDN 10 Pangkalpinang using the Wheel model. The Wheel model assesses the integration of ability, opportunity, and motivation in program implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach with triangulation methods involving observation, interviews, and documentation of the principal, teacher supervisor, and 30 student participants. Data were analyzed descriptively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The findings reveal that the gasing extracurricular program was effectively and systematically implemented with strong school support. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm, improved social skills, character development, and cultural awareness. Based on the Wheel model evaluation, the program is deemed effective and recommended for continuation with improvements in facilities and practice areas.
