<![CDATA[Schools are institutions that play an important role in producing human resources with high quality and competence. Therefore, schools must be managed effectively and efficiently. Education will produce high-quality graduates if a teacher carries out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with educational objectives. Optimal teacher performance is the key to creating an effective and innovative learning environment. This study aims to examine and analyze: 1) The effect of work motivation on teacher performance, 2) The effect of discipline on teacher performance and 3) The effect of the work environment on teacher performance. The population in this study were all 68 teachers of SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The research sample was taken using saturated or census sampling. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis to test partially and simultaneously and how much influence each variable X has on variable Y. The results of the study showed that partially work motivation did not affect teacher performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, as well as the work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The results of simultaneous testing between work motivation, discipline and work environment affected teacher performance.]]>
