Abstract

Nephrolithiasis, or kidney stones, is a condition that can cause severe pain and serious complications if not properly managed. This case report discusses a 64-year-old female patient presenting with a chief complaint of stabbing pain in the lower back radiating to the stomach for the past month. Ultrasonographic examination revealed bilateral kidney stones. This report aims to describe the disease progression, diagnostic evaluation, and management of a patient with bilateral nephrolithiasis.
