ANALISIS HUBUNGAN DURASI KERJA DENGAN RISIKO LOW BACK PAIN PADA KARYAWAN PABRIK KERUPUK X DI INDRAMAYU

Low back pain (LBP) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami oleh pekerja, terutama mereka dengan waktu kerja yangpanjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara durasi kerja dan risiko terjadinya LBP menggunakan desain penelitiancross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup karakteristik responden serta Modified Nordic Low Back PainQuestionnaire. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian melibatkan 72 pekerja berusia 20–64 tahun, dengan komposisi 30 pria (41,67%) dan 42 wanita (58,33%). Rata-rata lama kerja pekerja adalah 8,01 tahun. Sebanyak 61 orang (84,7%) memiliki durasi kerja lebih dari 8 jam per hari, sementara 11 orang (15,3%) bekerja kurang dari 8 jam per hari.Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi kerja dengan risiko LBP (p value > 0,05). Kesimpulannya, tidak terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara durasi kerja yang panjang dan risiko LBP pada karyawan. This studyaimed to evaluate the relationship between work duration and the risk of LBP using a cross-sectional research design. Data were collectedthrough a questionnaire that included respondent characteristics as well as the Modified Nordic Low Back Pain Questionnaire. Data were analyzed statistically using bivariate analysis software. The results of the study involved 72 workers aged 20-64 years, with a composition of30 men (41.67%) and 42 women (58.33%). The average length of employment of workers was 8.01 years. A total of 61 people (84.7%) had a work duration of more than 8 hours per day, while 11 people (15.3%) worked less than 8 hours per day. Based on the results of the chi-square test, there was no significant relationship between work duration and LBP risk (p value > 0.05). In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between long work duration and the risk of LBP in workers. . Keywords: Low back pain (LBP), work duration, factory workers.
