Working mothers in Indonesia often experience dual roles as wives, mothers, and professionals, which may lead to role conflict and increased parenting stress. Therefore, interventions are needed to help mothers manage such stress effectively. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a Mindful Parenting training program in reducing parenting stress among working mothers with early childhood-aged children. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental time-series design involving four working mothers with children aged 3–6 years. The Mindful Parenting training was conducted in three sessions following the procedures developed by the original authors. Parenting stress was measured using the Indonesian-adapted version of the Parental Stress Scale (PSS). Data were analyzed using Repeated Measures ANOVA, which indicated a significant difference across measurement times (p < .001). The partial eta squared value (η²p = .897) indicated a substantial proportion of variance in parenting stress scores across measurement times within the study sample. These findings suggest that Mindful Parenting training may contribute to reductions in parenting stress among working mothers. However, the results should be interpreted cautiously due to the small sample size and the limitations of the research design. AbstrakIbu yang bekerja di Indonesia sering menghadapi peran ganda sebagai istri, ibu, dan profesional yang berpotensi menimbulkan konflik peran dan meningkatkan stres pengasuhan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi yang dapat membantu ibu dalam mengelola stres tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan Mindful Parenting dalam menurunkan stres pengasuhan pada ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi-eksperimental time-series yang melibatkan empat ibu bekerja dengan anak usia 3–6 tahun. Pelatihan Mindful Parenting dilaksanakan dalam tiga sesi sesuai prosedur yang dikembangkan oleh penulis aslinya. Stres pengasuhan diukur menggunakan Parental Stress Scale (PSS) versi adaptasi bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan Repeated Measures ANOVA menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antarwaktu pengukuran (p < .001). Nilai partial eta squared (η²p = .897) menunjukkan proporsi variasi yang besar pada skor stres pengasuhan antarwaktu pengukuran dalam konteks sampel penelitian ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan Mindful Parenting berpotensi berkontribusi terhadap penurunan stres pengasuhan pada ibu bekerja. Namun demikian, hasil penelitian perlu ditafsirkan secara hati-hati mengingat keterbatasan jumlah partisipan dan desain penelitian.
