Abstract

Digitization of education brings significant changes in the field of education in the era of the  industrial revolution 4.0 at this time. Digitization of education demands the ability of teachers to master  technology in learning known as E-Teaching. E-Teaching is an innovative use of digital technology in  learning. By using technology, teachers can design interesting learning, both in the form of blended learning  and online learning. Blended learning is learning that uses various methods by combining face-to-face  interactions with online activities. One form of blended learning is flipped learning, where online activities  are carried out outside the classroom, while more in-depth discussion activities are carried out in the  classroom. Accounting teachers in Payakumbuh City are still confused with E-Teaching. Currently, teachers  only give assignments via Whatsapp and assign students to take photos and submit the assignments. In this  service, training is carried out using the flipped learning method and online learning media that can be used  in this method. Teachers will be given training on the application of flipped learning methods that support  learning in the current New Normal era of COVID-19. In addition, suitable online learning media will be  provided to support this learning method. With this training, teachers can implement the flipped learning  method, so that learning is more interesting and fun.
