In this study, total sampling was used for teacher sampling and proportional sampling for fifth-grade students in each elementary school in Dabin II, Salaman District. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires for teachers and underhand passing tests for students. The analysis technique consists of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing used Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. The results of the analysis show a correlation result of r count (0.915) > r table (0.754). The Spearman correlation coefficient value r count (0.915) is greater than the r table value (0.754) at a significance level of 5%, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between teacher performance and student skills in PJOK learning on volleyball underhand passing material.
