This research is based on the urgency of student satisfaction as a benchmark for the quality of educational services at Hidayah Vocational High School (SMK) Semarang. The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of educational facilities, and responsiveness of administrative services on student satisfaction at Hidayah Vocational High School Semarang, both separately and collectively. This research is non-experimental with a quantitative approach. The population included all 81 office management students, with a sample of 67 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression along with t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The research findings revealed that teacher performance, educational facilities, and responsiveness of administrative services simultaneously significantly influenced student satisfaction. The Adjusted R² value reached 0.606, meaning that 60.6% of the variability in student satisfaction can be explained by these three variables, while 39.4% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of the study.
