<![CDATA[This study aims to examine empirically the effect of Dividend per Share , Retrun onEquaty , and Net Profit Margin on Stock Price Manufacturing company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange . The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method of sampling based on certain criteria . That was selected seven mining companies in the sample were then performed multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of which partially and simultaneously .This study found that partially Dividend per Share a significant negative effect on the price of shares in the company , Net Profit Margin and no significant negative impact on Stock Prices of companies , Retrun on Equity positf influential and significant to the company's stock price .
