Abstrak: Stres kerja merupakan permasalahan yang umum dialami pejabat administrator ASN akibat kompleksitasnya tuntutan kerja, tanggung jawab kepemimpinan, dan tugas pelayanan publik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengubah softskill peserta yaitu mindset terhadap stres kerja serta melatih respon yang lebih adaptif melalui pelatihan Rethink berbasis pendekatan metakognitif. Metode berupa pelatihan selama empat hari dalam dua batch melibatkan 50 pejabat administrator, bekerja sama dengan BKPSDM sebagai mitra. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, lembar kerja reflektif, serta pengukuran mindset stres sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman 46 dari 50 peserta (92%) terhadap stres kerja. Evaluasi kuantitatif dari data pre tes dan post test yang tersedia menunjukkan 13 dari 15 peserta (86,7%) mengalami perubahan mindsed stres kerja dari sesuatu yang merusak (debilitating) menjadi tantangan dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan (enhanching). Secara kualitatif, 15 orang yang mengisi lembar Rethink, seluruhnya (100%) mampu membuat makna baru serta menyusun tindakan yang lebih adaptif dalam konteks kerja. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan soft skill pejabat administrator dalam mengelola stres kerja secara lebih produktif.Abstract: Work-related stress is a common issue among civil servant administrator officials due to complex job demands, leadership responsibilities, and public service obligations. This community service program aimed to enhance participants’ soft skills, particularly stress mindset and to train more adaptive stress responses through a metacognitive-based Rethink training. The program was conducted over four days in two batches, involving 50 administrator officials in collaboration with the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM). Evaluation methods included observation, reflective worksheets, and pre–post assessment of stress mindset. The results showed that 46 of 50 participants (92%) demonstrated improved understanding of work-related stress. Quantitative evaluation based on available pretest–posttest data indicated that 13 of 15 participants (86.7%) experienced a shift in stress mindset from perceiving stress as debilitating to viewing it as a challenge that facilitates growth (enhanching). Qualitative evaluation revealed that all 15 participants who completed the Rethink worksheets (100%) were able to construct new meanings of stress and formulate more adaptive work-related actions. This training contributes to strengthening administrative officials’ soft skills in managing work-related stress more productively.
