This study aims to analyze the impact of work stress, motivation, work environment, workload, and compensation on nurses' performance at Ajibarang Regional GeneralHospital. Using a quantitative approach and simple random sampling method, data werecollected from 147 respondents and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSSversion 26. The results show that work stress has a significant negative impact on nurses'performance, with higher stress levels leading to lower performance. In contrast, workmotivation, a supportive work environment, and fair compensation positively affect nurses'performance, with more motivated nurses working in a conducive environment and receivingadequate compensation showing better performance. However, workload does notsignificantly influence nurses' performance, indicating that heavy responsibilities do notsubstantially affect their performance. These findings provide valuable insights for improvinghealthcare quality at Ajibarang Regional General Hospital
