Smart Cities and the Internet of Things : Innovations for Sustainable Urban Living

Abstract

This paper examines the integration of IoT technologies in smart city initiatives to enhance sustainability and quality of life. We discuss key innovations, such as smart grids, intelligent traffic systems, and waste management solutions. Our findings indicate that IoT-driven urban strategies significantly reduce energy consumption and improve public services, fostering long-term urban sustainability.
